MFA OTP Base64 key Support

Some 3rd party applications (e.g. Watchguard AuthPoint) use Base64 keys, and there is no native way to import these to Hudu unless you convert them to a Base32 key. Can you look at adding the option of selecting a either Base32 or Base64 when imputing a secret for OTP.
