Agreed. We're not currently Hudu clients but I'd switch in a heartbeat if this was available. Having AI review SOPs against ticket notes or source documents that update every day (I'm looking at you Microsoft!) would raise the bar significantly.

This needs more traction. A connector like this would make Hudu so much more integrated and accessible to techs!

Although this would be cool to have, you can build your own using AI. We don't use CoPilot, but I have built many frameworks for creating an MCP in something like Azure, that we could then connect our AI tool (Hatz) to, and pull data using the published API. Good stuff.

We need this integration between CoPilot and Hudu so we can utilize the service without having to consider dropping Hudu
