As users in Hudu, we only see the ui structure for KBs. However via the MCP, all AI platforms want to reference and talk to us about KB ID #83 for example. This is a major disconnect in how users operate. Either the MCP needs to inform the AI how to utilize the KB without these hidden identifiers or the KB portal needs to expose these to the end users.
