Make usernames searchable

By enabling the Comprehensive search filter, you have the ability to search usernames to return password results.

The Comprehensive search can also be enabled by default for all searches through your Profile.

Tags are not yet globally searchable, but we do have a separate request for this (https://feedback.hudu.com/feature-requests/p/use-tags-as-a-search-function)
