Make KB's with Screen Capture

Creating a Process with the new screen Capture feature is great, but it would be also helpful to have it also be able to make it into a KB if we wanted a KB instead of a process.

Would it also be possible to get the screen capture to capture everything on the screen instead of just a single browser window? Its limiting what I can make help articles on for my IT team since not every tool we have is a browser.

Kristen W. This is awesome, thank you! Is there the ability to add the screen captures within an existing KB article already? Or is the idea to save it as a new KB article, then copy the contents and put into an existing KB if that's where it would be better fit?

Ellie S. You can save a screen capture as a new article. If you wanted to use it to update an existing article, you could just save as a daft then copy and paste to existing articles as needed.
