Make Hudini useful

Hudini is not very useful in its current form. It's basically just a slightly dumber ChatGPT. Make it be able to search our KB and return relevant information it finds. We want techs to be able to ask it a question and it finds all relevant data, or SOPs and can be used to explain the process.

Quite a while ago I wrote some PowerShell code that exports all our KB articles to a SharePoint site, and our Copilot can now leverage the data in the articles. This works extremely well for us.

We then have code in our ticketing system that create a summary of the support ticket and asks Copilot several questions about triaging, diagnosing and responding to the support ticket.

For us Hudini would be more useful if it did things rather than used as a narrowly focused query or chat tool.

I'm shocked there aren't more upvotes for this. As Rosso says, this seems must-have.

While at it - integrate with PSA so we can:

    1) Have a good ticket search

    2) Document a solution in a ticket to Hudu (KB or specific specific asset)

It should also be able to write KBs based on data from whitelisted URLs like reddit.com/r/sysadmin etc.

I feel like this feature is a must-have. Hudini doesn't seem very useful in its current state.
