Link "Process Templates" with tickets
Allow linking Hudu Process-Templates with tickets in PSA (ConnectWise manage), adding the tasks to the linked ticket, and two-way sync when a task is completed on either side.
This adds the consistency of using the PSA to perform work and Hudu for documentation and processes.
Love to hear what others have to add.
