Limit Year Field in Expiration Dates to 4 Digits

Please add validation so the year in expiration dates can only be 4 digits. For example, 01/01/2050 would be valid, but 01/01/20250 would be blocked. This will prevent invalid dates from being entered and align with standard date practices.
