We rely heavily on Hudu and aim to centralise as much of our operations within it as possible.
We would like to expand usage of the Central KB and adopt it as a company-wide wiki, including for non-technical staff. However, the current licensing model makes this difficult, as it requires purchasing full licenses for users such as HR or administrative staff who only need limited access to specific knowledge base content.
We are currently using Outline for internal company documentation and Hudu for customer-facing and technical documentation. Consolidating everything into Hudu would be significantly more efficient, but this would be much more feasible if there were a lighter license tier that provided access to the knowledge base only.
