Also, please don't use article first name for url, only a unique ID (maybe the requested KB number). Our first KB article has a link like this https://xxxx/kba/test-e566e6dc8a75. We don't want to create new article to have a "good" url every time we rename :).

agreed! Its so much easier to share knowledge with colleagues by sending a quick KB1045 for example. As there is no way to generate unique KB numbers, we have to use excel to keep count, and relying on people to use this is difficult and causes issues if 2 people are writing a KB at once

Would be nice for easy reference in external documentation references rather than having a large link.
