I would like subfolders in the KB articles.
We currently have folders, but it would be better to further organize KB articles.
For example, instead of throwing all printer KB articles in a printer folder, we could have subfolders of the printer folder for each different type of printer. Like Printer > Wide Format > Inkjet > HP > KB article.
Or VoIP > RingCentral > KB Article
