We deal with a lot of /29, /28, /27, /26 networks. While I just am able to figure out the typical usable IPS, gateway and broadcast addresses quickly off the top of my head typical IT people don't or can't or more like me typically just being lazy.
In the Hudu IPAM when creating a new subnet, can you suggest the Gateway (first IP of the subnet) and Broadcast (Last IP of the subnet) address then add them as initial assigned or reserved IPs with descriptions with the user selects option to have those auto created?
I keep chasing my team to manually enter the Broadcast address in each subnet so that the IP Utilization shown in Hudu is accurate.
I have only ever used spreadsheets and a really old bad IPAM, so I don't have a better working example.
