While serving multiple companies, I have added an asset called "ISP provider" for example.
Now, if I fill in details for several ISP providers that are used for one company, they can only be linked internally to the same company or duplicated and then moved to another.
Otherwise, now I must re-create the ISP provider for each company I serv.
My suggestion is to to be able to create a custom "global" asset - that means that it will appear separately from other assets layouts and that assets created as such type would then be global and could be linked to and from any company without the need to duplicate or repeat any other task for this.
Other examples for such needed global asset types are:
car rental provider, service lab details, software support companies, and much more…
