Interactive External Portal Checklist With Alerts

We would like the ability for Portal Users to interact with checklists within the External Portal.

Specifically, this feature should allow the following below.

Checklist Completion for Portal Users:

1. Allow Portal Users to check off items in a checklist assigned to them.

2. Admins should be able to set permissions for which checklists a Portal User can interact with.

Task Assignments & Notifications:

1. Ability to tag Portal Users in specific tasks.

2. When tagged, the Portal User receives an email notification.

3. They should be able to log into the External Portal, view their assigned tasks, and mark them as complete.
