Currently, users of a HaloPSA self-service portal cannot directly interact with Hudu Assist.
Integrating Hudu Assist into the self-service portal would allow users to get assistance and access valuable automated support directly from the portal, enhancing their overall support experience.
Please enable the ability for users to interact with Hudu Assist within the HaloPSA self-service portal.
