Individual KB Articles for External Portal
Currently, you're only able to add KB Article folders to the external portal, but there is no way to add individual articles. It would be great to be able to add these individual articles without needing to reorganize them into folders.

An upcoming release (v2.47) includes our new client portal overhaul. This request will either be completed or no long applicable following the upcoming changes. Yes this would be very useful if you dont like to have all your documents in folders.
