Clients who are accessing the client portal are often confused by how to log into the portal. When they get to the login page they often try to click on the SSO button as it's a prominent button. It's not clear to the portal user how they are supposed to login. It's not intuitive to click on the "User Password Instead" for the portal user to sign in.
