When engineers open a customer's overview we want them to have our 'Customer Services' magic dash front and center. The magic dash ends up out of your initial view for customers with more than a couple of agreements. We want the ability to collapse the agreement section (globally, by default), hide it entirely, or move it below the magic dash area.
