For security reasons, is it possible for the admin and super-admin roles to be exempt from licensing and only have access to the administration section (no clients, no KBs, etc.)? This would allow for separate user accounts and separate solution administration accounts.
It may be necessary to create a new "manager" role that would allow users to access archiving, portal management/associated users, and other functions currently reserved for admins.
I know this requires a complete overhaul of the tool, but I think it's worth considering :).
