Granular Password Tagging

Looking for additional options with password tagging:

• Restrict who can create password tags as we only want a certain handful of people to be able to do this to keep consistency/organization.

• Ability to bulk manage password tags. Right now I have to manually add them per password and when a client has over 400+ passwords, that takes a long time!

• Allow password Tags field during password import to set these up right away.
