Gold Standards Banner Location

Didn't the gold standard "banner" appear at the top of an asset before the last update? Anyway, we just are starting to identify our gold standards and I see they show up at the bottom of an asset. I think they get lost at the bottom, and/or provide guidance to someone after they have filled stuff out. They may not see it right away.

    He's referring to the gold standard banner when CREATING a new asset layout.
