Global Link List & Folders

Create a Global list for Links that are common across all client companies and documentation. For documentation that uses a common website such as the Microsoft admin center, this would allow the site to be accessed across all companies.

Additionally, adding a folder option would allow websites to be separated by function. Currently the option to view all websites across all companies does not indicate the name of the company that the website is associated with.
