I have provided a work around suggestion in the mean time but I agree this can be a great feature in the following use case: Lets say we have three (3) clients with GoDaddy as a Domain Name Registrar and we want to add the contacts to all three.
The task of updating and keeping the above three (3) contacts updated would be a chore to keep sync'd manually. So adding this contact a Global contact to later link to the three (3) company's or additional companies as a parent child relationship where child can not be edited but edit button edits the Parent contact.
Later this could be synced to the clients M365 Contacts but developers need to note this format needs to be agreed upon early on to avoid too much modification of the code later
Temporary Suggestion:
Create a new Company and Label it as your company. Then create the contact "GoDaddy Support" in example and use this as the template to duplicate the contact on each company contact and add your disclaimer not to edit the contact from enduser company side but to do so from MSP company Contact and copy and paste to client side.
I hope the above helps while the above feature request is hopefully being considered.

This would be really great as there are contacts cross over to multiple clients and would reduce duplicate documentation if there was a global list to link to clients sites for this. In my opinion it really merits to have its own tab at the top where the Clients/Companies, Global KB and My Vault are located.

I would like this as well…. That way I can link contacts of support to assets or software we use internally.
