Processes should have folders > this surely must be extremely easy to implement!

This is a big +1 for us. The is one of the reasons we are not using Processes right now. It becomes way too chaotic without being able to organize.

Agreed, this would be a great help to organize, and could be used to "beta" new processes - Currently I'm trying to do this with naming conventions of the Templates

This is a must have for us in the upcoming months. We are creating a lot of process to help train employee's on certain tasks and having folders will make it much cleaner and organized.

While doing initial setup for our customer base, we were looking for a feature like this. Before creating a Feature Request, we searched and found that it has already been requested. This would be greatly helpful to create folders under processes so we can have our customer specific process templates separate from live and working processes, and even organize them beyond that.
