Add a filter for Global KB's within Flag Review. Currently you can filter by Companies but there's not a way to view only flagged Global KB's.

This would allow the ability to review and manage the documentation of the Global KB's. Instead of it being mixed within Company KB's as it is currently.

    Hi there, it is currently possible to filter the flag review table by companies, flag types, and record types. To accomplish the scenario described, you could filter the table to only show articles, then sort by the "company" column. Central KB articles do not have a company, so they would all be together once sorted. Let me know if that helps!

      Kristen W. Hi Kristen, I was aware of that workaround and have been using it.

      This request is more about consistency with the filtering options. Right now, you can filter specifically by company and flag types to view only that company's articles. There isn't an equivalent option with Global/Central KB's. If an additional, true filter could be added to view only flagged Central KB articles and not have to sort through them mixed in with the company articles. This would greatly improve the documentation review experience.
