When opening passwords that are located inside a passwords folder, the breadcrumbs do not update to allow you to go back to the specific folder you are inside, you either have to hit back in the browser, or click the passwords tab on the left in which case it takes you to the root, where you have to open the folder again.
See screenshot for example where the password is in a folder but the breadcrumbs show this password just under the root of passwords.
