Filter Expiration Alerts by Title

When creating a Single Expiration alert it would be useful to filter in/out specific entries within the Licensing Asset layout by title.

For Example, Alert for all expiring Licensing Asset Layouts excluding the Licensing entries that have t he title Microsoft NCE Commitment Renewal
