Extend External Sharing Limit

Right now, the longest External Sharing expiration is 7 days. We frequently have clients requesting accounts before a user starts. We send them the link and the user starts 10 days later and they can't see the password anymore. While we've tried to train them to look at it right away and load it into their password manager, being able to have longer expirations would cut down on follow up tickets
