Explicit Group Permissions
The ability to set user group permissions explicitly, such as deny all except or allow all except . Right now if we want to grant a user access to a specific set of companies, then create a new company we have to then go in a manually deny it across groups, and we can't manage group permissions via API so there's no automated way to handle this.

This is currently possible within each security group by selecting either "Allow list" or "Deny List" on the company configuration page.
Allow list: Specifically add companies that you want users to be able to have access to (new companies are NOT automatically available).
Deny list: Specifically select companies you want to deny users access to (new companies WOULD be automatically available to users in these groups).

The same behavior should apply to Asset Layouts as well. When you create a new one, it is automatically added to all groups, and needs to be manually removed if you don't want the group to have access.
