Expand request links

Request links are becoming an important part of our onboarding process, but we're running into a few limitations:

• We currently have to enter a dummy password (often just ?) when requesting a password.

• There's no way to configure a default message / settings template, so we have to rewrite the same text and check the same boxes every time.

• We can't easily request an unknown number of passwords. A common onboarding request is "Provide the passwords for all network printers", but we don't know beforehand how many printers the customer has…

Addressing these points would greatly improve the onboarding experience and reduce the amount of manual administration required.
