Allow users to update the pdf file in KB articles, in order to keep the article's url while adding new content to the KB entry. This would be helpful in situations where users have bookmarked specific KB pages in their browser. Otherwise, the article would need to be archived, and a new one created in its place, which would create it at a new url.
