Dynamic Table of Contents

I would love to see a dynamically generated Table of Contents that is able to group similarly titled documented based off of the Title of the document.
I'd want the flexibility of being able to specify what phrase/words would create a group
Eg.
SOP: Office 365 - New User creation
SOP: Office 365 - User Decommission
How To: Office 365 - How to Create a new user
How to: Office 365 - How to create a shared mailbox
Any document that follows this naming convention
SOP/How To: SERVICE - Title
Could be automatically grouped together.
Without a Table of Contents, finding smaller documents is a bit of a PITA and the likelyhood of duplicate documentation rises signfigantly.
This is also a feature that no-other Documentation platform (that I've used) has, and one that I've wanted to see for a looooong time <3
