I request the option to be able to duplicate items - for example knowledge base articles, or company - when a small change is needed for the next one… So a "duplicate" button is requested.
It would be very helpful to have functionality for duplication on record items, rather than only a template option.
For example, if I upload a file to a KB article and then make it a Global KB article template, the file is removed when creating a new KB article from that template.
An option to include or exclude related items when using a template could solve this, but having a dedicated duplication feature that copies all related items would be ideal.

I would really find it helpful to be able to easily clone A KB article. I know I can select one and copy and paste into new, but this seemingly simple process could take a lot less steps and doesn't seem like a big chore to implement.

Holy hell, this is 3 years old. Clearly nobody from the user base NOR the company check these feature pages… this is the absolute WORST WAY to handle feature requests.
Please, for the love of all gods, enable this MOST BASIC feature YESTERDAY!!!!!!

Hey y'all… this actually exists for 'Processes' … can we get this fast-tracked in the development to simply expand the scope of the 'Duplicate' menu option to ALL RECORD TYPES??
