Drag and Drop KB Folders

It would be very helpful to be able to drag and drop folders to re-organize them. Or to at least have a browsable menu of folders instead of the flat text "structure" used to move folders now. The current process makes it very easy to lose track of where you are when scrolling through a large list of folders.
