Dashboard Bulletin board
A card on the dashboard named Bulletin Board would be nice. Everyone could add or remove temporary notes to it. Personally I would use it to name recent errors with Microsoft Updates or Software that are working on being resolved by the vendor.
The reason I would prefer this to making a KB is I would greatly appreciate something fast and easy to look at with easy access to adding or removing quick notices.

I'm in favor of banners for all configuration items as well as companies. Not as much of a fan of pop-ups, but I can understand why some people may want pop-ups.

YES! Not only for the company's "home page" but really for any configuration item, password, etc…

Was about to request this one myself. A message board/whiteboard that prompts our users to acknowledge any new notices about internal notices with a colorful blinking icon in the top navigation bar. that we can add customer specific info, vendor or cloud issues, etc. Once end user acknowledges a message, then they stop blinking and being a pest.

We would love this - the ability to communicate internally would be great. It would be a good idea to restrict a Bulletin Card to a group.
E.g. If you are in the HR group - you get the HR card, if you are in the ALL STAFF group, you get ALL STAFF card.
