A card on the dashboard named Bulletin Board would be nice. Everyone could add or remove temporary notes to it. Personally I would use it to name recent errors with Microsoft Updates or Software that are working on being resolved by the vendor.
The reason I would prefer this to making a KB is I would greatly appreciate something fast and easy to look at with easy access to adding or removing quick notices.
