We’re an MSP in Germany. Our technicians are fine with the English interface, but everything our clients see should be in German. Today it can’t be changed: password and information request emails and pages, portal invitations, the login page and notification emails are English only, apart from a few fields such as the invite subject.
Request:
Editable templates for all client-facing texts: email subject and body, the password and information request pages including the confirmation, the login and portal pages. Per account, ideally overridable per company, with placeholders.
A client language setting per company, so these texts can be provided in several languages.
For self-hosted instances, a supported way to supply these texts as files that survive updates.
With the portal overhaul coming in 2.47, this would be a good moment to build client-facing texts with localization in mind.
