I'm starting to really like the password sharing feature and want to standardise and use it whenever we have to send a password to a client.
At the moment, we currently put one off passwords inside a ticket response and simply say "Please change it when done"
I know this gets away from documentation, but what I would like to do is:
1) Define a password template, similar to a KB article. This would basically be a standard page that says:
"Your temporary Office 365 password is listed below.
%password%
After you have viewed, please click here (link to office 365)"
2) When I share a password, I would like the option to "Delete password 1 hour after first client view", AND "expire after x days".
(In the event of expire, it won't delete and allow us to reshare. In the event of it being viewed, the share link should expire as it does now, but, ideally not delete straight away in case the person makes a mistake and it needs to be reshared).
I think it would be good if this could be achieved either by a new assetless password store on the company (similar to the personal password store) or alternatively, we could always just create a new config/asset of "One off passwords" then just add multiple passwords to it.
