"Create" & "Create and add another" buttons make easily accessible

We would like the "Create" and "Create and add another" buttons to be easily accessible from any part of the page. Currently, we need to scroll to the bottom of the page to save the information, which can be inconvenient. It would be beneficial if these buttons were always visible, so we can save time and effort.
