Oliver Ahh interesting, you can't select text and then select that or 'inline code', you need to click that button then paste the code in. Thanks for that, not completely ideal but now that I know that exists we'll do it that way!

This would be very useful for documenting processes as well. Code-boxes are great!

Also would be useful to include an option to have a prompt (that would not copy) which would tell the user what context to run in. For instance in linux $ commonly denotes run as user whilst # is run as root. There are windows examples too with things like PS prefixes.
