You can create a new asset layout with one field as «date» you Call expiration, dont really need more maybe a created field with «date» and a notes «Rich text» and save the layout, then just add files as attachments to the new asset you create and set created and expire.

At the expirations field turn on « Add to Expirations» then it Will show up at ur dashboard x days before it expires.
