Bump! It would be perfect to have CW integrate with the Hudu processes that allows an option to generate tickets, especially when adding, leaving notes, or creating new processes within Hudu. This helps when completing processes, following up on assigned tasks and eliminates the extra step of having to manually create a ticket for the client and having 2 sources for the same thing.

I second this. Being able to complete a process, then it kick off a ticket for that client and even punch in the start/stop time would be great!
