When we write documentation, it's pretty sensical that the comments section will be used as feedback for an article.
One thing that's sorely missing from a management and QOL perspective is a way to monitor and handle comments across a vast array of articles or assets. The biggest way I can think of to improve this is a management page for comments. This should show all comments with columns for date entered, the item it's on, the user that entered it, number of replies to the comment (other FR that I support), etc.
This dashboard should offer filtering capabilities so that content moderators can easily and quickly find good feedback and act on it.
