I would like the ability to publish process templates specific to a client's company to their portal and allow a portal user to go through the process and log that the process has been done. This would be great for a situation where there is a client-internal onsite tech or power user or web developer that would need a guide on how to complete certain tasks and would allow documentation of when these tasks were completed as they were checked off.
