Client Operating Hours
Give us a place to store operating hours for our clients. A proper calendaring interface that allows us to select a range of date/time and store that digitally. There is currently no good way to store this information anywhere in our tool set other than open text fields.

This can be done by adding an Asset, "Operating hours".
We added an Asset "Locations" so each location can be listed for each company. Since this is an asset, it is 100% configurable and can include their operating hours for that location. We also include their power company (with account #), Internet provider(s) (with account #s), Internet type (DSL, Coax, Fiber, wireless, 5G), Static IP address(es), etc.
Their power company is a link to a vendor asset (V-Power Companies) with details for the vendor, like company website, power outage map, phone number, etc. We use this when we get a notification of an Internet outdate at a site to check if they have power at the site.
