Client folders / Files

Add a lightweight desktop agent (similar to OneDrive or Dropbox) that syncs client folders locally, allowing technicians to view, upload, and manage client-associated files directly from Windows File Explorer — without needing to create a KB article or navigate the web UI.This would be ideal for storing files that don't warrant full documentation, such as PowerShell scripts, contracts, installers, or reference documents, while keeping them organized under the correct client in Hudu.
