Checkbox Support in Rich-Text Fields and KB Articles

We’d like the ability to insert checkboxes into rich-text fields and KB articles. This would improve usability for internal documentation, procedures, and templates by enabling task tracking directly within articles or rich-text areas.

Use Cases:

1. Creating interactive process checklists within KB articles.

2. Tracking task completion inside asset documentation.

3. Checkboxes inside a process's rich-text field.
