ChatGPT analysis of KB's
Would love it if there was some kind of ChatGPT 'internal only module' whereby technicians could ask questions, and ChatGPT could answer based on the information inside the Hudu tenant. E.g. KBs, passwords, anything else.
Eg could be:
1) What's the VLAN for primary Internet for ClientA?
2) Domain admin for ClientB
That would be cool!

great idea, secure because its only on your platform no outside servers. I'd pay extra for this as optional add on. Lot of ways you can go here using AI

You would need to train the model on all of your Hudu specific information, and the model would have to be private to each individual Hudu instance so that we don't accidentally expose each others confidential information to each other. Sounds really expensive but really cool ;)

Sounds like you should, uhh, work on your documentation. I thought the whole point was to make it easy to find, but it needs to be entered correctly for a human or AI to find.

Paul G.: use an employee handbook as an example. Though it might be easy to find it still contains a lot of information. Therefore having the ability to interact with the handbook by asking natural questions like - how do I request PTO and it provide that information, is the next evolution in technology.
