I am trying to pass links to specific parts of a long article, if I click on the link in the table of contents I am brought to the sub section of the article that I want to refer to. I noticed that the page url changes from the article URL but adds a # sign and then the discerption of the header of that article's sub section. Seeming like I can link to that specific anchor on that article. That is what I need to be able to do as I pass documentation to techs and I want to point out specific sections of an article with many sub sections that are nicely broken down in the table of contents.
