Bug Report - Photos Caption

Using Chrome 91.0.4472.124 there is a bug when adding a caption to a photo that is attached to an asset. When you type in the caption and click save, nothing happens, there is no save complete notification or any indication the caption was saved. You can close the modal that pops up and you do not see the caption. You will only see the caption if you refresh the page. Also tested this on the latest firefox and the same issue. Thanks!
