Bill spectators at different rate
We have a small group of technicians that enter customer documentation. However, there is a handful of users that would benefit from read-only access. At this time, spectators are billed at the same rate. Is it possible to either provide a limited number of spectators for free, or bill them at a reduced cost?

Add them as a portal user. You can already make your assets available on a customer-facing portal that is branded for each client company and add read-only access to that portal for no additional fee per read-only user. Perhaps The Hudu Team can follow up with you on this.

Michael S.: But portal users only have access to one company, correct? I'm referring to technicians within our company that only need read access to all of our clients.
